The Strategic Leaders Digital Badge connects you with opportunities to develop your leadership skills by leveraging high-impact programs and experiential learning experiences. This badge enables you to participate in a variety of activities that foster leadership growth, preparing you to excel in diverse campus, community, and professional settings.
You can expect to learn important leadership skills and strategies, such as effective communication, working with others, and leading in a global society. Learning and understanding these skills and strategies will empower you to create positive change within your communities and help you develop those skills that are so highly sought-after by employers.
The Strategic Leaders Digital Badge is one of two digital badges offered as part of the Developmental Experiences Micro-Credential.
Our Strategic Leaders Digital Badge is open to undergraduate and graduate students of any major and is presented as a not-for-credit and hybrid learning experience.

The first step in obtaining the Strategic Leaders Digital Badge is meeting with a Student Engagement Ambassador (SEA) who will walk you through the program requirements.
You will participate in three (3) of the following co-curricular experiences offered through Student Engagement. More information for these programs, including dates and times, can be found on UBLinked.
After completing three of these five experiences, you will write and submit a personal leadership reflection on UBLinked. Once you submit your reflection, you will schedule a final appointment with a Student Engagement Ambassador to review your personal leadership reflection and complete the post-experience assessment.
