Join Accessibility Resources and Counseling Services  for a relaxing hour of gentle movement and guided relaxation to release tension, and time to sit in quiet reflection or meditation to quiet your mind. 

What to Expect

All bodies and abilities are welcome. Practice on a yoga mat, in a chair, or wheelchair. Whatever works for you! No previous experience necessary and props will be provided. If you’d like to bring your own yoga or exercise mat, feel free to do so. Snacks and drinks available after class.
