Effective January 31, 2022, all children 5 and above and all UB Recreation members (faculty/staff/community) will be required to have at least the first dose of the vaccine to attend all UB Rec facilities & activities and show proof of vaccination.

Fitness assessments are used to determine a person’s overall level of fitness and starts a foundation for people to set fitness goals. We will be providing assessments to measure muscle strength, weight, and body composition.
FREE for UB Students, Faculty, Staff and Recreation Community Membership holders. Chair yoga, a mindful practice helps elevate self-esteem and prevent burnout from studying or in the workplace. Similar to a regular yoga practice, chair yoga enhances mindfulness and body awareness.
Giant, life-size games will create an inclusive, low stress environment that will allow fun competition. Unlike basketball, baseball, and other sports, Jenga, Corn Hole and Connect-4 do not require a specific sport skill set; again creating an inclusive environment.
As we progress into a new century and time, UB Recreation will be facilitating and highlighting campus resources and unique UB Rec activities and programs to enhance all areas of wellness for each individual on and off UB’s campus.
