Fitness Classes & Workshops

Spring 2026 Fitness Classes

UB Recreation offers unique fitness classes, taking place at Alumni Arena on North Campus. Classes will be held weekly following the UB academic calendar and are FREE for UB Undergraduate and Graduate Students.

Discover your love for fitness this semester with the guidance of our welcoming instructors. Get ready to sweat, smile, and thrive together!

  • All classes are offered on a first come first serve basis, registration is not required.
  • Please make sure to wear clothes that allow movement.
  • Please bring your own personal floor mat to Pilates, yoga, or core-based classes.
