The Constitution and Bylaws Committee conducts an annual review of the Bylaws, Constitution and Code of Ethics of the Professional Staff Senate, and proposes amendments to these document to the Executive Senate and General Membership.
The Committee meets regularly and works diligently to update the Constitution and Bylaws, using feedback from PSS members and directors.
To annually review the Bylaws, Constitution, Code of Ethics and Standing Orders, and proposes amendments to these documents to the Executive Committee and General Membership for vote.
