Certify Your PCard Statement

Complete the reconciliation and certification for the August 2026 billing cycle in the SUNY Finance and Management System (FMS) on the employee services portal at www.suny.edu. The August billing cycle covers transactions from 08/06/26 — 09/07/26.

Print JPMC Statement

Sign on to the JP Morgan Chase PaymentNet home page at https://www.paymentnet.jpmorgan.com with your account credentials.
Click on the Statements option on the PaymentNet Menu Bar.
To view the statement for a billing cycle other than the current cycle, select a date from the Billing Date list.
Click View Statement (PDF)
When prompted, indicate whether you want to open the statement in a new browser tab or save a local copy. Use your Adobe PDF viewer to print the statement if desired.

UB Box Documents

The following documents should be placed in the corresponding statement folder for each month:

Cardholder Statement
Summary log with supervisory review signature
Supporting documentation for each charge (e.g. Invoice, receipt)
SUNY Certification printout with supervisor signature

Beginning with the October 2022 Statement, all documentation should be placed in the UB Box folder created for you.

PCard paperwork and receipts must be kept on file for a period of six (6) fiscal years plus the current year. You should have the following fiscal years on file:
