    The President’s Advisory Council on Race and its Implementation Committee (PACOR) were formed to ensure that UB is equitable in its policies, programs, activities and traditions. Their recommendations were developed with the intention of not only cultivating an inclusive environment at UB but sustaining it for generations to come.
