Starting February 2, 2026, outdated versions of the Duo Mobile app or your phone’s operating system may prevent you from signing in to UB services. To ensure uninterrupted access, UBIT recommends updating now.

What to do

  • Update the Duo Mobile app on your phone
  • Install any available phone operating system update

Keeping both up to date helps ensure secure and reliable two-step verification when accessing UB services.
