Discrimination and Harassment Policy

Rights and Protections for Our Transgender Community

New York State Human Rights Law and UB policy provide protections for UB's transgender students, employees and community members.

Inclusion Policy of LGBTQ Student-Athletes

Policy includes best practices for creating an inclusive culture for coaches and student athletes, and a list of important terminology.
