★REGISTRATION POLICY★

We want to make sure the Rehabilitation Sciences Career Fair is the right fit for your hiring needs. Before being approved to attend, please follow our registration verification criteria:

1. Post + Connect: Make sure your job | internship is posted in Bullseye powered by Handshake and linked to your registration before completing your fair submission. Note: For positions with 30-day maximum posting windows, please make sure to post by September 23, 2026.
   
2. Registration Verification: A Career Design Center staff member will review your registration to make sure this fair will meet your hiring needs.
3. Payment Required: After your registration has been reviewed, an invoice will be emailed to you including a credit card payment link.  Companies will not be permitted to attend unless payment is made in full by the deadline.
4. Confirmation: Once payment is received via credit card, a confirmation email will be sent, and you’ll be officially approved to attend the event.

✈ Please do not schedule travel until your invoice has been paid in full and you receive your confirmation email. 

Registration rate includes:

1. One 6x3 table
2. Two company representatives
3. Company listing on Bullseye powered by Handshake and inclusion in student marketing
4. Light lunch and refreshments

Credit card payments only.

Registrations will incur a $50 administrative fee on refunds. No refunds will be provided after October 16, 2026 at 5 p.m.

As part of the verification process, once your fair registration has been reviewed by a Career Design Center staff member, an invoice will be emailed to you that includes a credit card payment link.

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent and you'll be officially verified to attend the Rehabilitation Sciences Career Fair.

10:30 – 11:30 a.m.– Employer check-in and setup
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Rehabilitation Sciences Fair 
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Light lunch and refreshments

Parking information including pass pickup will be included in a final logistics email the week prior to the fair. Please review all communications thoroughly.
