Each Hiring Summit focuses on a specific industry, creating a space to explore career paths, share insights, and make meaningful connections.
For students, it’s a chance to discover what’s possible, talk one-on-one with employers, and see how your skills translate to the real world. For employers, it’s direct access to curious, motivated UB talent ready to learn, contribute, and build what’s next. 🤝✨
If confirmed to attend one of the in-person Hiring Summits, your company will have access to the following:
- One table for two company representatives
- Lunch
- Company listing in Bullseye powered by Handshake
- Inclusion in fair marketing
- Employer booth check-in QR code
- Access to booth check-in data after the fair
1. Post & Connect: Make sure your job and/or internship is posted in Bullseye powered by Handshake before completing your registration submission.
2. Submit Registration for Review: A Career Design Center team member will review your registration to make sure our hiring summit is a good fit for your company’s recruiting needs.
✈ Please do not schedule travel until you have received your confirmation email that you’ve been verified.
