Here, you’ll find comfortable, air-conditioned apartments, with all of the amenities and features of on-campus living. Enjoy two separate residential communities - Creekside Village East and Creekside Village West.

At UB, your rates include electricity, internet, laundry and much more. Our housing agreements are either academic year or full year. And unlike off-campus apartments, UB offers flexible housing agreements for students who study abroad or need to change their housing arrangements.
