Your UB Quota for printing

The UB Quota for printing is a semesterly allowance for free printing for students, paid for by the student technology fee and meant to cover the majority of printing needs for UB students.

UB Quota

Your UB Quota is the equivalent of:

  • 500 black and white pages printed duplex (two-sided) for each of the Fall and Spring semesters. 
  • 200 black and white pages printed duplex for the Summer session, only if enrolled in Summer session courses. 
  • 100 black and white pages printed duplex for Winter session, only if enrolled in Winter session courses.

My print quota isn’t showing up. Who should I talk to for help?

If you don’t see your quota balance in the Wepa Print mobile app, contact Wepa support 1-800-675-7639, or visit wepanow.com.

Does my UB Quota "roll" over to the next semester?

Your balance does not roll over; you will receive a new quota each semester.

If I spend all the funds in my UB Quota, how can I add more?

Do I keep my UB Quota after I graduate?

Graduates can continue to access their quota up to 6 months after degree conferral.

Can I get a refund for unused quota?

No.
