Use the Service Guides to:

• Look up configuration instructions
• Find software
• Search answers to common IT questions
  

• For questions about access to IT services, classroom equipment and booking:

• For help integrating technology into your curriculum (UBlearns, iTunes U or UBclicks):

• For problems with your office workstation or software, contact your IT department.
  

If an IT service is not performing as you expect:

1. Check the UBIT Services Dashboard (right) to see if there is maintenance taking place, or if your problem has already been reported.
   
2. If your problem has not already been reported, contact the CIT Help Desk.
