The primary mission of Campus Living IT is the support of computer equipment and software applications for Campus Living staff. Each member of the Campus Living IT team is able to help with your computer and technology questions and problems that occur when dealing with software and hardware. Your request will be assigned to a team member. By going through our help system, we are able to track requests and workflow among our team members. Computer Equipment suport is provided for desktop computers, printers, laptops, smart phones, and peripheral devices. Enterprise Application support includes, RMS, TMA, BASIS, and KRONOS.
