This workshop draws on the research on personality and social networks to explain how these factors impact a researcher/employee’s productivity and happiness in the workplace. It is a highly interactive workshop and will require participants to be engaged with the content. The overall learning goal is to help participants to develop insights about their personality and how it impacts their work outcomes such as performance, relationships and job satisfaction.
