Mentored Career Development Awards programs prepare the next generation of the best and brightest clinical and translational researchers.

The Clinical and Translational Science Award-linked KL2 Mentored Career Development Award (MCDA) Program offers research mentoring, career and professional development and funding to outstanding junior faculty and senior fellows transitioning to independent faculty positions.
The Buffalo Translational Consortium (BTC) Mentored Career Development Award (MCDA) offers funding through the BTC to outstanding junior faculty and senior fellows transitioning to junior faculty positions. 
The UB Faculty Scholar Program in Implementation Science is an institutional research career development (K12) program funded by NHLBI (K12HL138052). 
The Mentoring Workshop Series provides comprehensive mentoring workshops for mentor-protégé pairs to facilitate the transition to the next level of excellence and independence in clinical and translational research.
