Home to many professional and graduate students, Flickinger Court is a private, modern townhouse-style village offering comfortable, air-conditioned apartments. These include 2-bedroom townhouse-style units and 2-bedroom accessible ranch-style units.
Flickinger Court—Designed for Families & Married Students
Located just across the street from UB’s North Campus, Flickinger Court is in the town of Amherst—one of the safest communities in the country. With a playground, open space and other family-friendly amenities, Flickinger Court is a popular choice with married, traditional and nontraditional students and their families.
Can I Live Here?
Flickinger Court Apartments are typically reserved for graduate and professional students, including students with families. For families and couples, only one person needs to be a student at UB (please contact us for additional details). Units can be rented as same-sex units or as gender-inclusive units upon mutual student request.
