Home to upperclass undergraduate students and professional students, South Lake is located on the shores of Lake LaSalle on UB’s North Campus, close to the academic spine, UB Stadium and the Center for the Arts. South Lake Village Apartments are typically reserved for upperclass undergraduate students (i.e., juniors and seniors) as well as professional students. All-Inclusive Rates

At UB, your rates include electricity, cable TV, internet, laundry and much more. And unlike off-campus apartments, UB offers flexible housing agreements for students who study abroad or need to change their housing arrangements. Housing charges are billed directly to your UB student account for your convenience.

When you live in South Lake Village, subletting your apartment to another student for the summer is allowed for 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom and studio units, which have a full-year (late August—end July) lease; contact your complex director for details. Subletting is not allowed for 4-bedroom units, which have an academic year (late August—mid May) lease.
