Creekside Village Apartments

Beautiful. Peaceful. Accessible. Creekside Village offers the perfect environment for study, privacy and—when you want it—activity with your fellow students. Starting in the fall of 2017, Creekside Village will be reconfigured into two separate residential communities - Creekside Village East and Creekside Village West.

About Creekside Village

A Natural Setting, Just Minutes from Class

Creekside Village is conveniently located on the northern edge of UB’s North Campus, adjacent to the Ellicott Complex. Here, you’ll find comfortable, air-conditioned apartments, with all of the amenities and features of on-campus living.

Creekside Village East (Buildings 1-11) - Sophomore Students

Campus Living announces the return of undergraduate housing to Creekside Village for fall 2017 with the development of our second-year, sophomore student apartments at Creekside Village East. Students may enjoy the convenience of UB apartment living combined with the features, services, and safety of the on-campus student experience.

Creekside East Apartments Will Feature:

  • Four person, two bedroom units
  • 1,000 square feet of furnished living space
  • A full kitchen with appliances, dishwasher and microwave
  • In-unit washer and dryer
  • Central air-conditioning
  • High-speed internet
  • Cable television

Housing agreements for Creekside Village East are based the on the 10-month academic year. Creekside Village East is available to students who graduated from high school (or equivalent) in June of 2016.

Creekside Village West (Buildings 13-25) – Graduate and Non-Traditional Students

Creekside Village West offers 2-bedroom townhouse-style units as well as accessible ranch-style units, including general and specialty housing with a focus on the Graduate and Non-Traditional Student housing experience. Agreements in this complex are for a full year (late August—end July), with charges billed directly to your UB student account for your convenience.

New! Sophomore Apartments at Creekside Village East

Starting in Fall 2017, UB Campus Living will introduce sophomore apartments at Creekside Village East. Now second-year students can enjoy all the convenience and amenities of apartment living. Creekside Village East is available to students who graduated from high school (or equivalent) in June of 2016.

 

Graduate Living at Creekside Village West

Creekside Village West Apartments are typically reserved for graduate and professional students. Units can be rented as same-sex units or as gender-inclusive units upon mutual student request. Learn more: Where Can I Live  Graduate Housing Fact Sheet(3.3 MB)

All-Inclusive Rates

At UB, your rates include electricity, cable TV, internet, laundry and much more. And unlike off-campus apartments, UB offers flexible housing agreements for students who study abroad or need to change their housing arrangements.

Creekside Village East housing agreements are for the academic year (late August—end July); Creekside Village West housing agreements are for a full year (late August—end July).  Charges are billed directly to your UB student account for your convenience.

Subletting your Creeekside Village West apartment to another student for the summer is allowed when you live here; contact your complex director for details.
