Get the best of both worlds—a big-college experience with a friendly, community feel. Located on UB’s North Campus, just 5 minutes from the academic spine, Ellicott Complex is open to all students.
Make lifelong friends at Governors Complex, your new home away from home. Designed by I.M. Pei and Associates, Governors is located on UB’s North Campus, right across the street from UB’s academic spine. Everything you need is just steps away, from a new restaurant and laundry area to a high-tech study lounge.
With restaurants, boutique stores, a movie theater and a supermarket right across the street, the South Campus Halls offer the best of city living in a classic residential setting. The halls are located on UB’s picturesque South Campus—the university’s original campus, and a local landmark since 1920 with its ivy-covered buildings and grand courtyards.
Greiner Hall is a unique learning landscape designed just for second-year students. Whether you want to relax on the outdoor stone patio, grab a bite at Au Bon Pain or meet with your study group in the fireside lounge, you’ll find everything you need right here. Greiner Hall is located on UB’s North Campus, adjacent to Ellicott Complex, and just 5 minutes from the academic spine.

Creekside Village offers the perfect environment for study, privacy and—when you want it—activity with your fellow students. Starting in the fall of 2017, Creekside Village will be reconfigured into two separate residential communities - Creekside Village East and Creekside Village West.
