Tools for Supervisors: Helping You Manage the Tough Issues

You will learn how the UB Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help you, the supervisor, manage challenging and sometimes very stressful workplace situations that can impact your ability to manage your people well and get the job done.

This class is for ALL supervisors. Whether you manage an entire department, or just one or two folks, this half day class is for you. Many of us spend more than half our day in the workplace, so it makes good sense to have the most productive and happy people working for you that you can. This class is instructor-led, with stimulating new activities and real case studies. The greatest resource you'll gain is the interaction and expertise of fellow supervisors in the class who may be experiencing similar issues as you are.
