Design of Experiments

This course educates participants in the Lean Six Sigma method of Design of Experiments (DOE), which identifies factors most important to the success of an improvement project. This analytical approach is explained through the scientific method utilized, impactful experiment designs and the interpretation of controlled tests. Minitab™ software is used to develop and analyze experiments.

• Make intelligent managerial, strategic and technical decisions based on factual data
• Identify the factors that impact quality in the quest to optimize the performance and consistency of a process
