Take our self-care assessment

Feeling overwhelmed, but not sure where to start? This brief self-scoring questionnaire can point out some gaps in your ways of managing stress, but also affirm that you are already engaging in some great stress relief practices!

Get Moving

Health Promotion offers two unique yoga classes on a weekly basis! Come check out a class with Tara or Cory. All students are welcome no matter your level of experience. Not sure if yoga is your thing? Make time to take a walk, play a pickup game with friends, or head over to Alumni Arena for a workout.

Attend a workshop or class series to improve your skills

Introduction to Meditation

Taught through the foundations of Koru Mindfulness, these four-session series are designed to teach students the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation techniques. Students will need to attend all four classes in order to participate. Register for an upcoming course via UBLinked

Plan a Stress-Relief Event

If you’re a Resident Advisor, part of a student organization or other member of the UB community, you can request a facilitated workshop, or host your own customized event with guidance from our Stress Management Team.
