The Intercultural and Diversity Center is seeking passionate and self-aware UB students who have a demonstrated commitment to social justice, inclusion, and equity to apply to become a Diversity Advocate!

Diversity Advocates are paid student leaders who hold a premier role on campus as part of a dynamic team of peers. DA's are provided the opportunity to impact the campus community in several ways.  Currently there are three areas of specialization within our Diversity Advocate staff: ALANA (Asian, Latinx, African, and Native American), Social Justice, and LGBTQ+.
