Assistance with the Common App

  • If a student needs assistance with the Common App, instruct them to enter Kara Saunders into the name fields. Once entered, the Common App will inform them that the university has opted out of the online process.
  • The student will have to print out and complete the necessary forms.
  • The Registrar Report should not be sent to our office, and can be completed by the Office of Student Conduct. It requests information regarding disciplinary history that our office is unable to provide.

Schedule of NSC Filings

Reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) Consists of Four Different Reporting Types

Reports May Take Several Days to Process

Reports submitted to NSC may take several days to process, depending on the time of the year and how many other institutions are submitting reports.

Changes In Between NSC Reports

The Office of the Registrar can submit changes to a student’s enrollment or graduation status between reports on an as-needed basis. However, because the NSC manually reviews and corrects each requested change, submitted corrections may take several business days to appear.
