Cheryl Taplin, Senior Associate Vice Provost and Director of Student Success and Academic Support, is serving as chair of the search committee. In addition to Dr. Taplin, the search committee includes:

  • Mary Craig, Chairperson, BEOC Advisory Council
  • Michelle Debergalis, Director of Administrative Services, Educational Opportunity Center
  • Kristie Kaminski, Counselor, Educational Opportunity Center
  • Roosevelt Mareus, Executive Director and Dean, Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, SUNY Brockport
  • Elizabeth Rodriguez, Director, Arthur O. Eve Educational Opportunity Program
  • Karen Russo, Director of Finance and Administration, University Center for Academic and Workforce Development, SUNY
  • Megan Toohey, Director of Government Relations, Office of Government and Community Relations
  • Gwendolyn Triplett, Assistant Professor, Educational Opportunity Center
  • Chris Yuen, Associate Professor of Mathematics, Educational Opportunity Center

Faculty and staff will have the opportunity to meet finalists and offer feedback. We expect to have the new Executive Director identified by June 1, 2023.
