The theme of the 2025 meeting was “Connecting the Region.” The full-day event featured a one-day conference that was attended by a variety of stakeholders from government, academia and industry to discuss the latest projects and technical advances in New York's western region. The event was hosted by the Center for Tomorrow at the North Campus of UB.

The program consisted of technical sessions with lectures, discussions and culminated with a marquee site visit to the brand-new Transportation Research & Visualization Laboratory in 101/102 Ketter Hall. Meeting attendees were offered an introduction to advanced simulation and discussion of how technology can foster research and collaboration among diverse stakeholders in the mobility sector.
