Attend Self Defense Workshops

Your University at Buffalo Police are presenting training on how the university community can help keep themselves safe.
You will learn basic self-defense from a team of Officers that are certified Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) instructors.
Instructors will provide educational opportunities for attendees to:
- Create a safer future for themselves
- Challenge society to evolve into an existence where violence is not an acceptable part of daily life
The training workshops are free and open to any members of the UB Community.
Training sessions will be held at the following dates and locations:
- October 11, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the Student Union — Room 145
- October 18, 2023 at 5 p.m. in the Student Union — Room 145
