For over 22 years, Renee has provided exceptional customer service and created positive experiences for UB as a Certified Parking Professional and Assistant to the Director. Whether assisting customers, supporting colleagues, or taking on new challenges, Renee brings dedication and a positive attitude to everything she does.

Chris Austin, PTMP, serves as the University at Buffalo's Director of Parking and Transportation Services, where he oversees parking, shuttle and mobility operations that support thousands of students, faculty, staff and visitors each day. He is committed to advancing innovative, customer-focused transportation solutions that continually improve access, mobility, safety and the overall campus experience.

As Parking Operations Manager, John wears a lot of hats to help keep UB moving. Whether he's coordinating parking for major campus events, troubleshooting parking technology or improving signage and operations, he enjoys finding practical solutions that make navigating campus easier for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Joanne provides the UB community with compassionate, accurate customer service as an Office Assistant. With over 18 years of experience in her position on our transportation team, Joanne ensures the Parking and Transportation office runs smoothly with her precise communication and helpful follow-through both in and outside of the office.

As a long-time staff member and Associate Director of Parking Services, Matthew connects the department’s history with its future while honoring the work of his predecessors. He is committed to improving the campus experience for the university community by connecting technology with parking, transportation and mobility solutions.

Johnny is proud to have served the University at Buffalo community for more than 31 years. As Mobility Manager, he helps students, faculty, staff and visitors travel safely and on time across all three campuses. He continues to seek new ways to improve mobility, access and the overall campus experience.

As Assistant Director of Transportation Services, Leonard has an opportunity every day to improve how our campus moves. As Associate Director of Business Services and Communications, Nancy helps keep Parking and Transportation Services running smoothly.
