UB Learns Course Content and Organization Basic User Training provides foundational skills in navigating and utilizing UB Learns effectively. Participants will learn to organize course materials, utilize the course copy feature for efficient content duplication, and navigate the platform's features to enhance student learning experiences. This training equips instructors with essential tools to deliver well-structured courses and promote effective online teaching.

This webinar offers essential skills for effectively creating and managing assessments within UB Learns. In this part of the training, participants will learn to set up assignments and create rubrics. This segment provides instructors with the necessary tools to design clear and structured assignments, and to develop rubrics that provide transparent criteria for evaluating student performance, ensuring consistent and fair grading practices.

This webinar offers essential skills for effectively creating and managing assessments within UB Learns. In this part of the training, participants will learn to design and manage quizzes. This segment equips instructors with the skills to create engaging and interactive quizzes that effectively measure student understanding and progress, utilizing various question types and settings to enhance the assessment process.

Gradebook and Entering Grades into HUB Basic User Training provides essential skills for managing and entering grades accurately within UB's HUB system. Participants will learn to navigate the Gradebook feature in UB Learns, enter grades securely into HUB, and utilize grading tools effectively. This training ensures instructors can efficiently maintain accurate records and support student progress tracking, enhancing administrative efficiency and academic transparency.

UB Learns Engagement and Communication Basic User Training equips participants with essential skills to foster active student participation and effective communication within courses. Through this training, instructors will learn to utilize engagement tools, facilitate discussions, and employ communication features to enhance interaction and collaboration. This training enables instructors to create dynamic and engaging learning environments that promote student success and engagement.

UB Learns Tool Integrations Basic User Training provides essential skills for integrating Panopto, Zoom, Turnitin and Respondus into courses effectively. Participants will learn to utilize Panopto for video content. Zoom for virtual meetings and lectures, Turnitin for plagiarism detection and feedback and Respondus for secure online exam administration. This training equips instructors with the tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences through seamless integration of these technologies, fostering engagement and academic integrity within UB Learns.
