Syllabus

  • Review your syllabus to include multiple readings and other class content from underrepresented scholars (e.g. scholars of color, women in stem)1
  • Cover multiple topics during the semester that are relevant to students of color, communities of color, and other underrepresented groups2
  • Explain to your class why/how you selected the course content, assignment structure, and other components of your class2
  • Call out the past and current biases in your field (underrepresentation in the field, historical injustices, etc.)2
