Pharmacogenomic Determinants in Cardio-Oncology

Students will engage in research exploring the metabolism, disposition and clinical utilization of clinically useful anticancer drugs.

Project description

Research projects in my lab focus on:

  1. the characterization of genetic and epigenetic determinants involved in the metabolism and disposition of clinically useful anticancer drugs,
  2. analysis of the patterns of clinical utilization of pharmacogenetics tests,
  3. patient-oriented research in collaboration with clinical oncologists and cardiologists.
