• Click on this link to go to the online site.
• Your username is your UBIT email address, including the @buffalo.edu.
  
• To get a password, click the [Forgot/Reset My Password] button.
• Enter your UB email address on the line where it asks for your work email address.
• Type in the verification code in the verification code box at the bottom of the page.
• Click the [Email My Information] button. A link to create a password will be sent to the email address you entered.
• Close out of the webpage and open your email.
• Check your UB email for an email from donotreply@uwbec.org containing your personal reset password e-Pledge link.
• Click on the link reset password e-Pledge link. This link will expire within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a new password request must be submitted.
  
• Create a new password and click the [Save] button
• Click the [Continue] button
• You are now able to make a pledge. Donate via payroll deduction, check, bill option, credit card or direct debit.

If you are not able to log in using your UBIT email address and previously created password, or newly created password, Contact the United Way here.

• To make a gift with a credit card, log in per the instructions above and click 'Pledge Now'
• Select 'Credit Card' and click 'Next'
• Enter the total you will give and click 'Next'
• Designate your donation on the next page

• Make a donation via our downloadable pledge form. Print the form from this page or contact your steering committee representative to receive a packet including an agency directory and United Way Challenge entry materials.
• Include your name, unit and department in the upper left of the form and your person number in the upper right.
• Choose one method of payment in part 2. Checks may be made payable to SEFA.
• Make your designation choice(s) if desired. See our list of community organizations. (WNY organizations are found on pages 54-61. Statewide organizations are in the section starting on page 2.)
• Remember to sign your pledge card.
• Keep a copy of the form for your records.
• Mail your form or send via interoffice mail to: Employees Campaign for the Community, UB Foundation, Center for Tomorrow, North Campus
