South Lake Village Maintenance Project: Coming Summer 2026

South Lake Village will be undergoing a maintenance project during the Summer of 2026. Your safety is top priority, we will be replacing the fire alarms in South Lake Village. The buildings effected by the Summer 2026 project are: 213,  214, 216, 218 and 220.                                             

PLEASE BE AWARE: THIS PROJECT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO TEMPORARILY RELOCATE

If you live in, OR renew in, Full Year Agreement locations within South Lake Village you will be relocated from May through August.

Resources will be available to make the process as convenient as possible.

  • We will provide you with a temporary living space in UB campus housing.
  • Moving resources will be available to assist you in relocating.
  • You will not be able to leave items in your room.
  • Redundancy measures will be taken to ensure fire safety during the project.

We appreciate your cooperation as we take this vital safety measure. More information will be provided as we get closer to the project date. For any questions, please call 716-645-5440.
