Is there a new hobby you'd like to try? An aspect of yourself that you haven't indulged?  Do thoughts of "What is my purpose" fill your mind more frequently? Do you wonder what’s next, but are not excited about the options that come to mind? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is for you.

Creating happiness is essential in all facets of our lives; from home, to work, and everything in between. But we have fallen into the realm of believing that if we follow all the steps and reach the top of the ladder, then that is where happiness will be found. Yet, if we are not finding happiness in the journey, then all the things that we do along the way will be the ones that we dread the most. How do we change this? How can we bring happiness into our daily lives? What are the steps that we can take? And how can we join the millions of others, who have figured out how to live their life with happiness? Using simple tools you can learn to recognize your strengths and talents, allowing you to expand your mind so you can reach your fullest potential.

Topics will include:

1- Bringing your goals and dreams to the surface
2- Clarifying your purpose and start expressing it
3- Eliminating negative self talk
