The Buffalo Central Terminal is being developed as a lasting cultural and economic hub for the community.  A community-driven Master Plan finalized in 2021 re-establishes the Terminal as a vibrant, year-round, regional venue that leverages diversity of spaces, and reflects cultural and economic assets of our neighborhood.  An iconic architectural feature in the neighborhood, the Central Terminal’s reuse is a larger long-term effort to prioritize racial, social and economic equity – and to be part of a strong future with East Buffalo, which continues to build momentum and excitement.
