I believe each person I work with deserves an individualized approach that honors who they are and what they have experienced. I believe in a person-centered, harm reduction, and trauma informed approach to counseling.

Some areas of specialty include work with people from the LGBTQ+ community, self-esteem issues, depression/anxiety management, addiction/substance use issues, trauma recovery, gender affirming care/medical procedure evaluations, sex/sexuality related concerns, workplace stress, and couples counseling.
