Blackboard on UBlearns is the course management system at UB. Instructors can use UBlearns to post syllabi, readings and assignments, as well as communicate via email, virtual chats or discussion boards.

UBclicks is a classroom response system that allows students to participate in presentations or lectures by submitting responses to interactive questions via a keypad.

iTunes U is a repository for university-related podcasts (downloadable digital files, usually audio or video). Podcasts can be subscribed to, allowing for automatic downloads of the latest content.

Faculty and staff can request lecture and event recordings from a range of digital recording types.
