Why have my incoming messages not been delivered to my Inbox?

If your email has worked in the past but you are not currently receiving email messages, there are steps you can take. Discover the possible causes of undelivered incoming messages and find out how to locate these messages.

Can I set the name that appears on outgoing email?

Only if you have changed your name legally with the Office of the Registrar. Once they process it, you need to create a ticket with the UBIT Help Center to change the display name on the account and lastly, you will need to change your Send Mail As setting in Gmail.
