1. Log in to the UBITName Manager using your current UBITName and password
2. Select Add or update recovery options
3. Select the recovery option you want to add: Non-UB email address, Mobile number (SMS) or Security questions
4. Choose an option to add:
4. Enter your non-UB email and click or tap Update
5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your non-UB email and click or tap Verify
4. Enter your mobile number (including country code) and tap or click Update
5. Enter the PIN sent to your mobile device and click or tap Verify
4. elect a security question from the drop-down menus for each question, enter an answer in the field below it, then enter the answer again to confirm it. You may optionally create your own custom question and answer, enter the answer again to confirm it.
5. Click or tap Update
