Getting Started with Your Account

Before you can access IT services at UB you must claim (activate) your account.

Your UBITName profile is your entry in the online University Directory. You can update the user-supplied information for your entry yourself.

What You Need to Claim Your Account

To claim your account, you need:

  • Your UBITName
  • A single-use password
  • Your UB Person Number
  • Your date of birth
