If something doesn't seem to be working right, we want to know.

Check the current UBIT Alerts below to see if your problem has already been reported. If your problem is listed and it is not scheduled maintenance, watch this space for updates.

You may contact the CIT Help Desk in a variety of ways. If you call and the CIT Help Desk is closed for the day, you will be directed to contact another service.

Be ready to tell them:

  • Your UBITName
  • A description of the problem

Depending on the situation, Help Desk staff may also need to know:

  • If you are on or off campus
  • Your device and its operating system
  • Your Web browser
