It is a requirement of the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program that evaluations must be conducted for each student intern. All programs must do a concluding evaluation and programs lasting longer than six months must do a midpoint and concluding evaluation.
ISS staff will reach out to both the J-1 student intern and the internship supervisor when the midpoint (if needed) and concluding evaluation is due. The internship form is found below.
