Tuition & Fees

• Application Fee: $50 per child ($25 per child for student parents): Paid to place your child on the waiting list.
• Registration Fee: $50 per child: Paid once a spot becomes available, along with the Tuition Deposit, to begin the enrollment process.
• Tuition Deposit: 2 weeks of tuition (based on age group and schedule; see Tuition Rates above): Paid once a spot becomes available, along with the registration Fee, to begin the enrollment process. *This deposit is non-refundable if it is paid and your child does not attend; once 4 weeks' notice of withdrawal is given, this deposit can be applied to your final invoice.*
  
• Annual Administrative Fee: $50 per child: Paid each Fall in order to continue enrollment for the upcoming year.
• Late Payment Fee of $20 will be assessed when an invoice is not paid by the due date.
  
• Late Pick-Up Fees: Children who are picked up after closing time will be assessed late fees (per child), based on the number of occurences. ($10, $15, $20, $25, etc.)
  *If a parent or guardian has not called or picked up their child beyond thirty minutes of the closing time, UB Campus Police may be called.*
• Returned Checks or ACH: $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks or ACH due to insufficient funds.

**All fees are non-refundable.

• UBCCC offers a 2% discount** when you enroll for automatic payment (ACH) from a checking or savings account.
  
• Another way we support growing families is through our sibling discount.  UBCCC offers a 5% discount for one sibling child (applied to the oldest child’s tuition).
• UBCCC also gives a 10% discount to ***student families and can also discuss how undergraduate students might qualify for grant assistance (funds are limited and dispersed on a first-come first-served basis with restrictions).
• Erie County Department of Social Services (DSS) voucher accepted.
