Request administrative access to HUB. Access is by module and is based on the university role the administrator holds. Administrative access must be requested by the user and approved by their supervisor.
Administrative access is separate from self-service access, which is granted based on a person’s relationship to the university (example: student and faculty).
The Office of the Registrar grants Administrative HUB access. Several state and federal laws require the university to establish procedures that limit appropriate access to specific pieces of information that can be accessed through HUB.
When a user leaves, the department is responsible for informing the Office of the Registrar. When a user changes on-campus roles, we remove transactional HUB administrative access. The user must submit a new access request based on their new role.

To obtain administrative access to HUB, the Handling Data Safely (HDS) Course is required. The HDS Course will review FERPA compliance and the safe use of student information, as well as cover the types of data at the university and the policies that govern the data.
