View Major GPAs from a SIRI Report

Learn how to run a SIRI report to get GPA information for specific majors. This is useful for determining departmental honors.

1. Log into SIRI and click the dashboards tab on the upper right corner to select “Reports”.

2. Go to the Applicants and Awardees with AAR Requirement Status (Major GPA Report).

Under Reports, drop-down click the “Student” folder and then the “Degree Applicants and Awardees” folder.
Select the report “Applicants and Awardees with AAR Requirement Status (Major GPA Report).”

To run the report, you will need the Requirement Group (RG), Requirement (RQ) and Line Number (LN) codes from the AAR for the GPA you want to pull. See the screenshot below.

3. Fill out all prompts to run the report.

AA Report Type

Enter CONF (AAR with completed courses only) or ADV (includes in-progress courses) (all caps).

Requirement Group

Enter six-digit RG code (ex. 000838)

Requirement

Enter nine-digit RQ code, (ex. 900000155)

Line Number

Enter four-digit LN number, (ex. 0010)

Honors Designations

Download report to Excel and use for Honors designations.

AAR GPAs for All Active Students

To view major AAR GPAs for all active students, use Major GPA from AAR report in the Plan folder.
