That’s a wrap.

Nearly 6,500 graduates were joined by family, friends, professors and classmates as they celebrated their accomplishments and academic careers at UB during ceremonies and celebrations held May 1 through May 17.

And while every commencement season is special, this year’s was particularly noteworthy for President Satish K. Tripathi, who presided over his 150th — and final — commencement ceremony as UB president. Tripathi also received the Chancellor Charles P. Norton Medal, UB’s highest honor, at the College of Arts and Sciences’ ceremony for undergraduate receiving degrees in the arts, natural sciences and mathematics.

University Communications photographer Meredith Forrest Kulwicki was there to document all those special moments for the Class of 2026 — and for UB’s 15th president.

Congratulations to all! Job well done!
