Dear UB Community,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent presidential search listening sessions, both virtual and in-person. Your thoughtful insights, candid reflections, and engagement were incredibly helpful in capturing the university community’s perspectives regarding the university’s priorities, aspirations, and opportunities as we move into the next phase of the presidential search.
As we continue this important work, we invite you to submit nominations to our search consultants at UB.President@russellreynolds.com. To nominate someone, please provide the individual’s name and their current institution or organization. You may include a brief explanation of why you believe they would be a strong candidate, though this is optional. The search consultants will confidentially reach out to viable nominees and request materials if they express interest in this leadership role.
As you consider this request, we encourage you to nominate individuals whom you believe have the leadership qualities and vision to serve as UB’s next President, regardless of whether or not you think they are actively exploring new opportunities.
