The University at Buffalo has launched a national search for its next President. This search reflects the university’s commitment to identifying a visionary, collaborative leader who will advance UB’s mission as a leading public research university and strengthen its impact locally, nationally, and globally.
The Presidential Prospectus outlines the opportunities, priorities, and challenges facing the university, as well as the qualifications and attributes sought in the next President. The prospectus serves as the primary guide for the search process and is being used by Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), the university’s executive search firm, to recruit and evaluate candidates.
The prospectus is provided below for those interested in learning more about the University at Buffalo and the leadership qualities sought in its next President.
